According to a statement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB), I.S., acting as the authorized representative of the legal entity named in the complaint, which held a license to carry out vehicle technical inspections from 01.01.2021 to 20.01.2026, is suspected of seeking to obtain 6,803,900 denars unlawfully. To that end, he prepared and submitted inaccurate reports on fees collected during vehicle registration to the Public Enterprise “State Roads,” the Red Cross, the Republican Council for Road Traffic Safety, the Ministry of Environment and the municipalities.

According to the authorities, the falsification of data and preparation of reports were carried out in cooperation with S.S., who was authorized to prepare and sign invoices and submit reports to the relevant institutions. To conceal the funds collected through two legal entities and an insurance brokerage company in Skopje, where the fees had been received, the money was allegedly transferred between accounts and mixed with income from regular business activities through loans, joint real estate development agreements, contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate and vehicles, and fund transfers. Some of the money allegedly obtained through criminal activity was used to buy movable and immovable property for the benefit of the legal entity named in the complaint, the MPB said. /Telegraf/
