A road accident occurred in the city of Sarandë at around 06:00, at the entrance to “Onhezmi” Street. A vehicle lost control and first crashed into the garbage bins located alongside the road, and then into two trees.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the accident, but the material damage is considerable.
Police arrived at the scene and are investigating the incident further, while municipal services workers cut down and removed the two trees damaged in the crash. The measure was taken to prevent risks to pedestrians and other vehicles.
