At the Embassy of Kosovo in Israel, Dibrani and Mehmet Morina, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Kosovo in Israel, met with Israel’s non-resident ambassador to Kosovo, Tamar Ziv, and Irit Amitaj, director for the Balkans at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Dibrani presented the results achieved by the Kosovo Correctional Service, highlighting improvements in security, the strengthening of professional capacities, and the implementation of rehabilitation and social reintegration programs.
The parties also discussed new practices in Kosovo’s correctional system and efforts being made to advance standards.
During the talks, the need for cooperation and an exchange of experiences between Kosovo and Israel was emphasized, with a particular focus on security and the correctional system.
