Taulant Balla has published a video about the villa in Italy after the leader of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, stated that he had sold the property for 15 million euros and that the proceeds had been declared.
Using an ironic tone, Balla asks Shehaj for clarification and questions the villa’s current status, claiming there may be discrepancies in his declarations.

“Gono, where are you? Did you sell that villa or not? Is the number 250, 498, 359? Was the sale completed in September last year, or does the property still belong to you? We need to see whether the Italian Cadastre still lists it in your name, because otherwise you will get us into trouble. Check the documents and provide an explanation on this matter. All right, Gono?” Balla says in his video message.
Agron Shehaj responded by stating that Balla had made public the location details of the home in Italy where his wife and children stay.
In a filmed response outside the Prime Minister’s Office, Shehaj claims that the publication of details about his family members’ home was carried out on the orders of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
According to Shehaj, Edi Rama sent Taulant Balla to his home today to film the house where his children and wife live, as well as the place where they spend the summer. He adds that the video showed the address and identified the home by pointing at it and saying: “They are here!”
At the end of his response, Shehaj asks why Edi Rama acts in this way and answers that the reason is his desperation. He stresses that they will not stop and cannot be intimidated by filming, “Taulants,” crime, oligarchs or media outlets that, according to him, are funded with Albanian citizens’ money.
