Kumanovo police have filed a criminal complaint against P.A. (18) from the village of Lojane in the Municipality of Lipkovo, as well as against two minors, aged 14 and 15, from Kumanovo. They are suspected of the criminal offence of “violence,” under Article 386, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
According to the Interior Ministry, the incident occurred on 13 March 2026 at around 6 p.m. The suspects initially called a 14-year-old girl to come out of her home, then persuaded her to enter a room near the “Sokolana” sports centre in Kumanovo.

Inside the room, the girl was first insulted and then physically assaulted, while the entire incident was recorded on a mobile phone.
After the attack, according to the Ministry of Interior, the suspects threatened the minor not to report the case or speak about the recorded video, telling her that otherwise something even worse could happen to her.
This is the third case this year involving groups of teenagers and children in confrontations filmed with the aim of publishing them on social media. Similar cases of violence against victims have also been recorded in Tetovo and Skopje.
The Ministry of Education is expected to begin implementing a programme involving psychologists in September to identify signs of delinquency and the use of violence in schools at an early stage. The programme comes in response to violence in their families.
