At the 112th parliamentary session, MPs last night approved the reorganization of the executive branch, electing eight new cabinet members. All candidates were voted in with 69 votes in favor, with no votes against or abstentions.
Jeton Shasivari, an academic and doctor of constitutional and administrative law, was appointed head of the Ministry of Justice. He is currently a full professor at South East European University in Tetovo, serves as the deputy state representative to the Venice Commission, and teaches at the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors.

Agon Ferati took over the Ministry of Relations Between Communities. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has served as an adviser to the Municipality of Tetovo on European projects, building a distinguished profile as an expert on European integration issues.
Sedat Sulejmani was reconfirmed as head of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, a position he previously held as deputy minister. With a long career in both the public and private sectors, he completed his higher education at Uludag University in Bursa, Turkey.
Borçe Serafimovski, who served as State Secretary in the ministry, will now lead the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy. A graduate in defense studies, with a Master’s degree in international relations and a doctoral candidate in organizational sciences, he previously held the posts of general director and deputy chair of the governing board at the International Slavic University in Sveti Nikole.
Sasho Klekovski, who comes from the position of director of the Health Insurance Fund, was appointed Minister of Health. He is a physician by profession and also holds an MBA degree. During his professional career, he has contributed to drafting national strategies, worked on institutional-strengthening initiatives, and served as a university lecturer and commentator.
Gjoko Velkovski took over the portfolio of Social Policy, Demography and Youth. He previously served as deputy minister in the same ministry and as Minister of Labour and Social Policy in the technical government. Velkovski is a qualified economist with extensive experience in central and local administration.
Ivan Stoilkoviq was elected Minister of Local Self-Government, a post he assumes after serving as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Inter-Community Relations. With more than 20 years of parliamentary activity, he is a law graduate and has completed additional training in security and strategic communications.
Erxhan Demir, who previously served as national coordinator for strategies and policies dedicated to non-majority communities, was appointed minister without portfolio. A graduate in economics, he has accumulated extensive experience in public administration, non-governmental organizations and private businesses.
With the approval of these eight names, Parliament formalized the completion of the government restructuring process led by Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski.
