In a post on social media, he mentions the fact that businessman Artur Shehu, who is under investigation by the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office (SPAK), is accused of falsifying the ownership documents for the land he sold for the project.
He further writes that “in Albania, corruption comes with the territory.”
