At the Internal Customs Office in Vërmica, officials from Kosovo Customs have come across undeclared goods worth €10,300. The discovery came as a result of an inspection carried out on a specific consignment.

According to the official announcement by Kosovo Customs, these irregularities were detected following a risk analysis, which led to the consignment being selected for a physical inspection.
The procedure began with the verification of the documentation accompanying the goods, and then moved on to the inspection of the products themselves, with the aim of comparing the declared information with the actual situation on the ground, also focusing on their description and quantity.
During this inspection, discrepancies were found in the quantity of goods – specifically, products were discovered that had not been included in the customs documentation.
