Alliance MP Ramush Haradinaj has said that Prime Minister Albin Kurti is pushing the country toward new elections after failing to reach an agreement on the law on the Special Court and the election of the president.

“For the fourth time, the same person and the same decision-maker is taking the country to elections,” Haradinaj said, referring to Kurti.
During a press conference, he described the interruption of the law’s approval process at a critical time as “very dishonest,” particularly when it concerns the “protection” of former KLA leaders.
“Kurti trapped both the law and the country… and dealt a heavy blow to the law on the Specialist Chambers,” Haradinaj declared.
Haradinaj continued his criticism of the prime minister, accusing him of acting “to undo Kosovo.” However, he said that Kurti would not succeed, because “Kosovo is bigger than this pathological wrongdoer.”
