The mayor of the City of Skopje, Orce Gjorgjievski, announced that during the “White Night” event, scheduled for tomorrow evening, hospitality establishments across the city will have their opening hours extended by two hours. He also announced that travel on NQP buses will be free from 18:00 on October 3 until 5:00 a.m. on October 4. Admission to the Skopje Zoo will also be free.

“Skopje is once again welcoming White Night! There are evenings when the city takes on a different appearance: the streets turn into a stage, art comes closer to people and music brings them together. On October 3, the capital will once again experience such a night. On Saturday, from 19:00 to 3:00, the squares, bridges, galleries, museums and Old Bazaar will offer new experiences and memorable encounters. I invite you to fill the city with curiosity, smiles and energy and discover its creative power,” Gjorgjievski wrote on Facebook.
The program includes the Museum of the City of Skopje, “Audio Culture,” the House of Builders, “Mala Stanica,” the “Karposh” Cultural and Educational Center, the City Library, Çifte Hamam, Macedonia Street and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Gjorgjievski called on citizens to go out with their families, invite their friends and choose their first destination. “Let Skopje surprise you with something you have not seen, heard or experienced before. White Night is dedicated to all ages, to those who love the city and to those who have yet to discover it. On October 3, let us bring the streets to life and create another beautiful memory for our Skopje,” he announced.
