A speedboat carrying Albanian nationals arrived at Mylor Harbour in Cornwall, Britain, and 10 people have been arrested in connection with the incident, the British Home Office confirmed.

At around 03:00 on Sunday, September 27, Devon and Cornwall Police were alerted that several people had disembarked from a boat at Mylor Harbour. They then got into a van and left the area, according to ITV, as cited by Top Channel.
Police officers who arrived at the scene arrested two Albanian nationals on suspicion of violating immigration laws.
The British Coastguard also took part in the response. As a precaution, the Falmouth lifeboat crew was called out at around 04:00.
A British Home Office spokesperson said authorities responded swiftly to a rare and isolated incident at Mylor Harbour, Falmouth.
“Ten people have since been arrested. Another person, believed to be under the age of 18, has been referred to social services,” the spokesperson said.
British authorities said the investigation is ongoing and that they therefore cannot provide further information.
The Home Office said clandestine arrivals of this kind are rare. It said the vessel used was a small speedboat carrying a limited number of people.
The case is being investigated by the Criminal and Financial Investigation Unit for Wales and South West Britain.
