Special Court forms Appeals Panel for the case against former KLA leaders

The Special Court has determined the composition of the judicial panel that will review on appeal the case against the former KLA leaders.

Journalist Besian Beha announced that the panel will be headed by Michele Pichard of France, while Kai Ambos of Germany and Nina Jorgensen of Norway will also serve on it.

According to Beha, the same judges also served in the trials against Salih Mustafa and Pjetër Shala.

The four former KLA leaders have been sentenced to a total of 81 years in prison.
