Albin Kurti, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, attended a ceremony at which the Platform on Community Issues was handed over to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. The platform was developed by IOM in 2024, with support from the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

In his remarks, Prime Minister Kurti said the platform brings together in one place information needed by citizens from non-majority communities: Serb, Bosniak, Turk, Roma, Ashkali, Egyptian, Gorani, Montenegrin and Croatian.
According to Kurti, the platform provides information on government policies and new opportunities for grants, subsidies, employment, training and internships. It also allows citizens to report cases of discrimination directly, establishing two-way communication between the government and communities.
The platform will be administered by the Office for Community Affairs, which operates within the Office of the Prime Minister. Kurti urged all communities to use and promote it, and to contribute to its continuous improvement.
