On Tuesday afternoon, heavy hail struck the village of Drizë in Gramsh, where residents report major damage to seasonal crops and vineyards.

According to residents’ testimonies, the storm lasted only a few minutes, but it was enough to cause damage to part of the agricultural output, putting at risk the work and investments made over the past months.
Farmers are asking for the damage to be assessed, while unstable weather conditions continue to remain a concern for agriculture, livestock and infrastructure during this period.
