After the incident was identified, Albcontrol specialists immediately activated the established procedures and took the necessary measures to ensure the safety of aircraft in flight and prevent any potential risk.
The swift intervention and professional work of the technicians made it possible for around 6:00 p.m. to restore 90% of the main systems.
The timely response made it possible to avoid a disruption of air traffic in Albanian airspace.
Meanwhile, work continues to restore the remaining systems and return them fully to normal operation.
