Zejnulla Gashi today took over the position of State Chief Prosecutor from Agron Qalaj, who had been serving as acting chief prosecutor.
During the ceremony, Gashi stated that he would serve everyone and stressed that they would work together to strengthen the rule of law.

“I have just accepted the position from the acting State Chief Prosecutor, Mr. Qalaj. Thank you to my colleagues for the trust placed in me. I will be the chief prosecutor for everyone, and together we will all work to strengthen the rule of law,” Gashi declared.
