The Special Prosecution has completed the investigation into one of the branches of the Tirana incinerator case, sending ten people to trial.
It is learned that the defendants sent to court are Mirel Mërtiri, Klodian Zoto, Dashamir Ymeraj, Arjola Kodra, Denisa Tollkuçi, Elton Bualli, Endrit Habilaj, Renato Nallbani, Giuseppe Ciaffaglione and Marc Richard Lappat.

They face serious charges such as “Fraud with serious consequences” and “Laundering the proceeds of criminal activity,” committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.
According to the prosecution, the defendants were involved in criminal activity within the organized structure, while investigations into other parts of this complex case are still ongoing by SPAK.
