The singer expressed his concern about the way citizens were treated during the protest.
The artist focused particularly on the students and young people protesting over conditions at universities and the opportunities to build their future in Albania.

He wrote: “A state is measured by the way it treats people when they disagree with it, and people should not be afraid of those who are paid to protect them.”
“Do not measure a people’s pain by the number of people in the square, but by the number of those who have left, the dreams that have been extinguished and the tears shed in silence, away from the cameras,” the artist wrote.
Luiz Ejlli’s reaction:
“A state is measured by the way it treats people when they disagree with it.
People should not be afraid of those who are paid to protect them.
Do not measure a people’s pain by the number of people in the square, but by the number of those who have left, the dreams that have been extinguished and the tears shed in silence, away from the cameras.
There is no more painful cry than that of a student who asks for justice and ends up asking for mercy.
I pray to God to give strength to those who are crying today, to heal the wounds of those who have been injured and not to allow their pain to be forgotten tomorrow.”
