According to Ndrecaj, the confrontation is expected to deepen especially on the legal and constitutional level.
“A constitutional conflict on the procedural plane is not ruled out, but at the same time also a confrontation between the Constitutional Court of The Hague and that of Kosovo,” he said, among other things.
