The Alliance declares that it will support every legal and democratic initiative aimed at ensuring justice in the judicial proceedings against former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army in The Hague.

In its public statement, the Alliance emphasizes that its institutional position on this issue has not changed since the proceedings began. It continues to uphold its belief that the Kosovo people’s war for liberation, led by the KLA, was just, pure and inevitable.
According to the Alliance, this conviction remains unwavering and forms the basis of its position on the proceedings in The Hague.
The Alliance expresses its belief that the judicial proceedings will end with the acquittal of Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
For this reason, it calls on Kosovo and its institutions to take every necessary action to support the process and contribute to a conclusion marked by full justice.
