Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla, a former minister of foreign affairs and diaspora, said that Kosovo had made “three cardinal mistakes,” the consequences of which could still be felt in the future.

In a public statement, she placed the Association of Serb-majority municipalities at the top of the list, referring to the agreements reached in 2013 and 2015.
In her ranking, the second issue was the establishment of the Specialist Chambers in 2015, while the third was what Haradinaj-Stublla described as the “Orthodox Church (2023).”
“THREE CARDINAL MISTAKES that will cost us in the future if we do not act urgently and with complete national and strategic unity: 1. The mono-ethnic Association (2013/2015); 2. The Specialist Chambers (2015); 3. The Orthodox Church (2023),” Haradinaj-Stublla wrote.
The former minister called for political and strategic unity, arguing that, in her assessment, there was still an opportunity to address these issues.
“History and our children will hold us accountable if we leave them to bear the burden of mistakes that we can still correct today if we stand TOGETHER!” she wrote.
