SPAK summoned him as part of its investigation into the case involving businessman Ergys Agasi, who has been ordered held in pretrial detention.
Preliminary sources say Bala is expected to be questioned by the prosecutors handling the case. So far, authorities have not provided details about the testimony he will give.
The case against Agasi is part of a broader SPAK investigation. He is suspected of illegal competition through violence, unlawful deprivation of liberty, violating the equality of participants in tenders, participation in a structured criminal group, money laundering and passive corruption.
