The toll from the latest missile and drone attacks carried out by Russia on Ukraine has risen to 22 dead and 87 injured, according to data released by the National Emergency Service.
Kyiv appears to be the hardest-hit area. The head of the capital’s military administration, Tymur Tkachenko, announced that 15 people have lost their lives, while 58 others were injured.

Seven more victims have also been confirmed in the Kyiv region. According to the head of the regional administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, the number of injured has reached 29, including four members of the rescue teams.
In the affected areas, Ukrainian authorities are continuing search-and-rescue operations, while the number of victims may change.
