The country’s Prime Minister, Hristijan Mickoski, has announced that he will ask the minister of Culture and Tourism to dismiss the director and the Management Board of the “Makedonium” cultural monument in Krusheva.

The decision comes after the Kosovo rapper was allowed to film the music video for his song “Sexy Mama” at the site. According to reports published in the Macedonian media, the space was rented for just 500 euros.
“What happened there was something that should never have happened. I will ask the minister of Culture and Tourism to dismiss the director of that institution, along with the Management Board, because institutions of this kind must not be misused for such purposes,” Mickoski said.
The prime minister apologized to citizens for this lapse and said that work would be done to prevent similar cases from happening again. “Therefore, today I will request the dismissal of the members of the Management Board, as well as the director of that cultural institution,” he said.
