LSH: Refuses to be part of a government that it says trades Albanian rights

Zijadin Sela has reacted to the statement of Bilall Kasami, who left open the possibility for Sela to be included in the government, but not in the VLEN coalition.

Kasami said that the government cabinet could be expanded and that discussions are possible with all those who agree with the government’s program.

“I don’t believe there are talks about inclusion in VLEN, but there are talks about inclusion in the government. So, the government can be expanded, but at the moment, Mr. Sela, we are not in talks with Mr. Sela about being part of VLEN. About being part of the government, we talk to all those who accept the government’s program and are willing to be part of it,” Kasami stated.

But from the Albanian League of Ziadin Sela, in a statement to TV21, they expressed that they do not consider themselves part of a government that, according to them, puts the rights of Albanians at the service of political bargains.

“The Albanian League does not see itself as part of a conglomerate of various remnants that trade Albanian rights in exchange for power,” the party’s reaction says.

Speculations about a possible rapprochement of Sela with the government began after a meeting he held weeks ago with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.
