According to the indictment, the case file includes an intelligence report by the Kosovo Police, compiled from information obtained from open sources. The report contains interviews, statements and public appearances by Sheholli, which the Prosecution considers part of the evidence.

A separate section of the report addresses Sheholli’s views on Milan Radoiçiq, who is wanted by the justice authorities in Kosovo.

The indictment cites several instances in which Sheholli expressed his belief that Radoiçiq was innocent in connection with investigations into the murder of Kosovo Serb politician Oliver Ivanoviq.

The Prosecution’s material also states that Sheholli had declared that Radoiçiq should be given the opportunity to prove his innocence.

The Prosecution also refers to other television appearances in which, according to it, Sheholli described Radoiçiq as a figure with a positive influence in northern Kosovo.

These views are reflected in the Kosovo Police intelligence report, which the Prosecution submitted as evidence in the espionage indictment.

Among the materials mentioned in the indictment is a television appearance from 2023. On that occasion, Sheholli held a live-broadcast telephone conversation with a person identified in the material as Milan Radoiçiq.

According to the Prosecution, the call was broadcast on June 11, 2023, on the “Kojshia Show” program.

The indictment states that during the conversation, statements were made about Radoiçiq’s presence in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, at a time when proceedings and measures seeking his apprehension were in force against him by the justice authorities.

In addition to this telephone call, the Kosovo Police report also includes interviews, articles and other audio-visual materials related to Sheholli’s public appearances.

According to the indictment, the intelligence report was prepared based on information and materials published in open sources.

The Prosecution claims that these materials, examined together and in relation to the other evidence in the case, create a suspicion that Sheholli continuously influenced public opinion in support of Serbia’s state interests and policies.

Fatmir Sheholli has been charged by the Special Prosecution with espionage and blackmail. He enjoys the presumption of innocence until the court issues a final ruling.
