Lutfi Haziri, an elected MP from the Democratic League of Kosovo, stressed that the stabilization and normalization of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo can only be achieved through political cooperation, underlining that crises cannot be overcome in the absence of such a culture.
In a reaction published on Facebook, he said that the Democratic League of Kosovo has been a force that has set important political processes in motion in the country.

“Only cooperation on political processes normalizes and stabilizes the Republic. The Democratic League of Kosovo is a party that has sparked processes and fulfilled dreams,” Haziri wrote.
He also underlined that the LDK has honored its political commitments in relation to all parties when it comes to the state agenda.
“We have kept our word with all parties on the agenda of the Republic. We are for cooperation on political processes, for the normalization and stabilization of the Republic,” he said.
According to Haziri, the country cannot be brought out of political crises if the leading party does not show willingness and an instinct for cooperation.
“The country cannot be brought out of crisis if the leading party does not develop the instinct for cooperation. The opposite is to trigger processes,” Haziri said.
He also spoke about relations with other political entities, distinguishing their different ways of operating.
“If you want to test us on how processes are triggered, ask the PDK. If you want to understand how cooperation works, ask the AAK,” he said.
Haziri further stressed that even the country’s strategic issues require broad political coordination.
“The EU, NATO and American gas are also strategic processes,” he said.
In conclusion, he repeated that cooperation remains the fundamental element for the functioning of the state.
“I am for the Republic, and cooperation is its soul,” Haziri concluded.
