Vlora faces difficulties after heavy rainfall, with mud on the roads

Water runoff after heavy rainfall has brought soil and mud onto roads in several areas of Vlora.

Conditions have made it difficult for vehicles to move. Drivers are advised to take care, as mud and debris carried by the rain are present on the roads.
