As the footage shows, a considerable number of citizens are at the gathering point, while others continue to arrive.
Today’s protest is taking place amid heightened tensions following clashes in recent days between demonstrators and police, as well as injuries to several protesters.
At the heart of the revolt is the demand by students and young people for Prime Minister Edi Rama to resign. Meanwhile, a new legislative package announced by the government, which provides for fines and tougher measures against participants in violent protests, has fueled further debate.
The gathering outside the Ministry of Education is continuing, and more protesters are expected to join the rally in the coming moments.
