The protest began in the early hours of the morning, when students from the “Partizani” high school expressed their outrage. They were later joined by students from various faculties across the country, who boycotted classes and marched toward the Ministry of Education.
Following clashes between police and students, the gathering escalated and the situation became even more tense.
The protesters then moved their demonstration from the Ministry of Education toward the Ministry of Finance and the Central Election Commission.
Some of them entered the premises of the Ministry of Finance, removed several objects and set some of them on fire.
Meanwhile, protesters have also gathered near the Prime Minister’s Office, while some of them are at the “Pyramid”.
