During the 126th session, the agenda was approved, while opposition lawmakers’ question session is being held before the scheduled items are reviewed and voted on.
Among the items on the agenda are the draft law ratifying the Third Protocol to the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Council of Europe, as well as a proposal to elect an external commissioner, a member of the Securities Commission.
Lawmakers will also review the draft decision to deploy members of the Army to the European Union’s international operation – ALTHEA, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the draft decision appointing the chair and members of the board for awarding the “Goce Delchev” state prize.
The agenda also includes the amended draft law on state auditing, in its third reading, alongside the draft decision amending the decision approving the extension of the state of crisis due to the risk of an interruption in the supply of oil and oil derivatives in the country. The request by lawmaker Daniella Nikollova for an authentic interpretation of Article 141, paragraph (4), of the Law on Labour Relations will also be reviewed.
The Assembly did not approve the proposal to include, through an expedited procedure, the Law on Financial Support to Reduce the Effects of the Economic Crisis on Agricultural and Livestock Production and the Purchase of Agricultural Products in 2026 on the agenda of the session./Telegrafi/
