The group will be headed by Vigan Qorrolli and will include representatives of several political entities. Its members are Adnan Rrustemi from the Vetëvendosje Movement, Përparim Gruda and Blerta Deliu from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Doarsa Kica-Xhelili from the Democratic League of Kosovo, Albert Kinolli from the United Roma Party of Kosovo, and Besnik Tahiri from the Alliance.

During the committee meeting, Adnan Rrustemi said that working groups are established to make the committee’s work more efficient. He said that MPs who are interested should be able to participate in reviewing the draft law, without unnecessary procedural restrictions.

Rrustemi also explained that the working group does not make decisions by voting on proposals or articles. According to him, the draft law is reviewed article by article, arguments are presented, and the issues are then returned to the committee for a vote. He stressed that arguments matter in this process, while a vote in the working group carries no weight.
