A citizen, who says he is a member of the Socialist Party, burned his membership card during the student protest, expressing his disappointment with the political force he has been part of for years.
During the protest, the citizen said that he grew up politically with Edi Rama and that he had earlier been a supporter of Fatos Nano.

However, he said he no longer wishes to be part of the SP.
“I am a member of the SP, I grew up with Edi Rama. I was with Fatos Nano. I am burning it and I no longer want the SP. The SP has never done right by me,” the citizen said.
