This Monday, a blitz search ordered by the Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) was carried out at Bradashesh detention center, in the sector where businessman Ergys Agasi is being held. Agasi was arrested at the end of August and charged in connection with the AKSHI affair.

Ergys Agasi was arrested in the city of Durrës at the end of August, after more than eight months on the run. He is accused of having acted as part of a structured criminal group together with the other defendants in the AKSHI case.
Agasi is accused of several serious criminal offenses, including participation in a structured criminal group, active corruption, money laundering, unfair competition, unlawful deprivation of liberty and violating equality in tenders.
