The evidence that exposed Belinda Balluku / Cost estimates on Atelier 4 computers show that the villa in Palasë belongs to the former deputy prime minister!

Further details have emerged about Belinda Balluku’s new villa, which was seized in Palasë. According to News24, the cost estimates uncovered during searches of the computers at the Atelier 4 studio revealed evidence that, according to the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK), shows that the luxury villa in Palasë, seized several days ago, is actually owned by Belinda Balluku and that she received it as a bribe from the company Alko Impex General Construction.

The estimates showed that Arbër Abazi’s company had paid the Atelier 4 firm, owned by brothers Alban and Olsi Eftimi, sums ranging from 288,000 to 410,000 euros, even though the company in question had no connection to the property according to the documents, since the person who commissioned it under the contract was former footballer Igli Tare.

According to SPAK, the villa was financed by Igli Tare up to the shell-construction stage, while the investment in the villa’s remaining construction work and its swimming pool was undertaken by Arbër Abazi, administrator of Alko Impex, a company that secured tenders from Balluku when she headed the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.

The villa’s interior work was managed by Abazi’s partner, Lorela Reçi, who is also a family relation of the former deputy prime minister. She asked the construction company for permission to send subcontractors to continue the work.

Meanwhile, the strongest evidence showing that the villa belongs to Balluku consists of two emails that architect Alban Eftimi sent to her personal address, explaining details of the luxury villa.

Belinda Balluku is being investigated for corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets, while she has been charged over abuses involving road tenders, including the tender for the Llogara Tunnel. Two security measures remain in force against the former number two in the government: a ban on leaving the country and suspension from exercising public functions.
