On September 7, as on every evening over the past several months, citizens returned to the square to continue their revolt, which today marked exactly 100 days of national resistance.

Participants initially gathered in the center of Skanderbeg Square, where they voiced their accumulated grievances.
They then walked along “Martyrs of the Nation” Boulevard toward the Prime Minister’s Office, carrying national flags and chanting harsh slogans against the government.
“Rama, resign,” “Go away,” “All of Albania hates you,” and “Rama in prison, Berisha in prison” were among the chants heard loudly from the crowd.
This protest is expected to carry added symbolism, as it marks the 100th day of the popular movement against bad governance.
