Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski officially announced that the new mobile app, m.Uslugi, will be launched in October.

“I can officially confirm that during October we will organize an event to launch the ‘m.Uslugi’ mobile app. Electronic versions of ID cards and driver’s licenses will be available through the app, along with two electronic services for citizens,” Andonovski said.
The m.Uslugi app will enable citizens to access their personal documents in digital format and use the administration’s electronic services from a single platform. The aim is to make government services more accessible and simplify their use via mobile phone.
According to the minister, intensive work has been carried out in recent months on cybersecurity, the protection and storage of personal data, and the exchange of that data with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the institution that holds it.
“We are in the final stage of harmonizing and signing the data exchange protocol, while the app is also being tested in parallel. Before making it available to everyone, we want to ensure that the system is stable, secure and easy to use.
The app will be available for download from the App Store and Google Play. So far, the test version has been downloaded by around 6,000 citizens,” Andonovski said.
