Border Police in Pogradec rescued two people who had gone out on the lake in a rented pedal boat. After entering the water to swim, they were unable to return to shore because one of them, exhausted, could not climb back onto the boat.

While patrolling the lake sector in the area opposite the place known as “Ura,” officers spotted two people calling for help.
Border Police officers approached without delay, located them and provided the necessary assistance, ensuring their safe return to shore.
According to the police statement, the intervention was carried out swiftly and professionally. The two people thanked the officers for their immediate response and assistance.
