Interior Minister Besfort Lamallari has reacted following the accident involving a bus on the Berat-Tiranë route in the Kashar-Tiranë section, an incident in which the driver lost his life and 12 people were injured.
Through a post, he extended his condolences to the Hasimi family for the loss of their loved one, while wishing all those injured a speedy recovery.

Lamallari said he is deeply shocked by the fatal accident on the Kashar-Tiranë road axis, where the bus on the Berat-Tiranë route was involved in the tragic incident, in which the driver lost his life and 13 other people were injured.
He stressed that the State Police arrived immediately at the scene and are continuing their work to fully clarify the circumstances and causes that led to this tragic accident.
The minister also underlined that such serious incidents should serve as a call to all drivers to respect traffic rules, as the greatest guarantee for protecting life.
