Fitore Pacolli, who serves as acting minister of environment, announced that the Environmental Inspectorate would carry out an operation today to demolish several structures near Lake Radoniq. According to her, the buildings were erected without permits on state-owned land.

She stressed that public spaces would be freed from illegal encroachments. “Our operation to restore the rule of law throughout Kosovo will not stop, and state property will be cleared of illegal occupations,” the minister declared.
In a social media post, Pacolli announced that she was traveling to Gjakova to be present at the scene. “I am on my way to Lake Radoniq to personally oversee the Environmental Inspectorate’s operation to demolish several structures erected without authorization on public property,” she wrote, adding a call for order and respect for the law in every corner of the country.
