Today, citizens gathered outside the premises of SPAK, announcing that they will submit the book “Albanian Files,” which they consider evidence of a crime.
The protesters also announced that they will later submit a criminal complaint to the Special Prosecution.

For us, there is evidence that the law was changed on order. It is about Albanian oligarchs. Albanian Files is the weapon of the crime with which Prime Minister Rama has destroyed Albania. In the coming days, we are also preparing a criminal complaint that we will submit to the Special Prosecution. This book clearly shows that public consultation was avoided. He is the head of the Territorial Council and the prime minister who decides on these projects. We are here to support SPAK. We are not here for people’s justice. Rama must be treated and investigated like all other citizens.”
