Protesters Confront Tërmet Peçi After He Leaves Parliament: “Thief,” “Illiterate,” “You Do Not Represent Us”

After the end of the plenary session, Socialist Party MP Tërmet Peçi was confronted by protesters as he left Parliament.

Dozens of citizens had gathered outside the building, where they were demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

As he moved along, Peçi was closely followed by the protesters, who shouted at him, “Thief,” “Illiterate,” and “You do not represent us.”
