In the early morning hours, a quarrel between two young men, Ylber Luli, the victim who was killed in Shkodër, and the suspected perpetrator Andri Vulaj, led to the murder of the 24-year-old.

The incident occurred around 5:30 in the morning at the victim’s apartment.
After having been in conflict during the evening at a bar in the Gjuhadol area, the suspected perpetrator went to the victim’s apartment around 5:00 in the morning with the idea of clearing things up.
The suspected murderer also had a pistol with him.
During the course of the conversation, the victim and the perpetrator were physically fighting with each other, and during this fight, the victim’s father, Qamil Luli, was also involved.
According to Shkodër police, the father and son injured citizen Andri Vulaj with a knife. In the heat of the conflict, the latter pulled out the weapon, a pistol he had with him, shooting at the 24-year-old, who lost his life.
Police forces immediately arrived at the scene and began investigations.
Initially, officers arrested the suspected perpetrator Andri Vulaj, and also seized the suspected murder weapon, the pistol with which the perpetrator is suspected of shooting the victim.
The victim Ylber Luli was seen staying until late hours outside his apartment inside his car together with another person, while around 2 after midnight he went inside the apartment.
Three hours later, Andri Vulaj went to the victim’s house, shooting Ylber Luli after the physical fight and the stabbing between them.
The local police of Shkodër are investigating to enable the full revelation of this serious incident.
