In a video published on social media, Deputy Director of the Customs Administration Mustafa Dauti confirmed that the Albanian inscription had been put back, along with the message: “Welcome!”
The intervention is presented as an indication of the commitment of VLEN officials to guaranteeing and concretely implementing the rights of Albanians.
Unlike in the past, when such issues went unnoticed, institutions are now intervening promptly and correcting them immediately.
The reinstallation of Albanian on the welcome sign is being viewed as further evidence that institutions led by VLEN officials are acting responsibly and decisively to protect the equality and dignity of every citizen.
