Kosovo Police have opened a criminal case against a citizen of Serbia on suspicion of the criminal offense of “Inciting division and intolerance,” following the publication of content containing hate speech during the gathering in Gazimestan.
The police report states that on June 30, 2026, intelligence information was obtained indicating that the suspect had recorded a video during the event held on June 28 in Gazimestan, containing material suspected of inciting hatred.

After consultations with the competent prosecutor, the case was initiated, while checks carried out showed that the suspect had left Kosovo on June 28 through the Jarinjë Border Crossing Point.
Investigations into the case are continuing by the competent authorities.
