Today, a fatal shooting took place in the center of Sarandë. According to police information, the victim has been identified as 42-year-old Artan Myrtaj.

The 42-year-old died at the scene, while the perpetrators were two people traveling on a motorcycle.
Myrtaj was arrested in 2025 for aiding the perpetrator following a shooting in the city where he was killed.
