According to him, many people in rural areas still lack the skills to use technological tools. Korreshi added that health centers do not even have electricity, making it difficult to imagine an online appointment booking system functioning there.

“In the villages, we are still working with plows, while you call this artificial intelligence. Health centers do not even have light bulbs, and electricity has not reached them. How will the nurse or doctor at these centers access your system? What contraption will they use to log in?”

He also mocked the way in which, according to him, patients would be registered using technology. “She will say: ‘I will go to the market, find a camera with this artificial intelligence and register people according to the age list, but how will I get the code for an appointment with an ophthalmologist, a kidney specialist or a cardiologist?’ Is this your artificial intelligence?”

Korreshi also mentioned the Diella project, the installation of cameras in schools and the “Smart City” initiative, questioning whether the technological systems would function properly. “You started with Diella, took some money, and the actress said: ‘Take my face off it, because you have ruined me.’ That is the situation. Then you say that you will install cameras in schools, cameras here and there. Have you ever seen how the systems currently work? Go to the Cadastre: for three months, ASHK did not operate because the contraption was not working. We carried the contraptions from Lushnja on our backs and took them to Fier.

He added that equipment installed on roads could be damaged by animals, while opposing the collection of children’s data. “You have meters on the roads, but cows trample them and donkeys eat them, while you call it Smart City. Do not take our children’s data as well, because there is not one of your political operatives who does not already know our shoe size, whether our socks have holes in them and whether we have cut our toenails,” he said ironically.
