Announcing the meeting on his official profile, Gjini described Kosovo’s closer ties with NATO, supported by the United States of America, as a guarantee of sustainable development and a stable democracy, with significance extending beyond Kosovo.

In his assessment, Serbia is the main source of instability in the region because of its ambitions for expansion and border changes.

The Alliance leader emphasized that a geopolitical alignment with the United States remains essential for the party. According to him, this alignment creates secure conditions for investment, supports sustainable development and strengthens independent institutions.

Gjini linked Kosovo’s progress and the preservation of its long-term stability to close cooperation and mutual trust with Washington.

He concluded his post by expressing his conviction that Kosovo is blessed with the friends it has.
