TAV Macedonia has announced that new conditions for using the “Hug & Fly” area in front of Skopje International Airport will take effect on September 1, 2026.

Vehicles will be allowed to stop free of charge for a maximum of 10 minutes to drop off or pick up passengers. However, this free entry may be used only once by each vehicle within a 24-hour period.
Entry and exit will be monitored by an automated system that identifies and records vehicle license plates. According to TAV Macedonia, the measure is intended to ensure uninterrupted traffic, as well as safer and more convenient access to the terminal, especially when passenger numbers are high.
Passengers or accompanying persons who need to stay longer can use the large parking lot in front of the terminal. The parking lot operates 24 hours a day and offers 1,200 spaces for vehicles, as well as six spaces for buses. (INA)
