Berisha accused Rama that, through three decisions, he gave his brother, Olsi Rama, 38,000 square meters of private land in the area of Rrapi i Treshit.
He also raised accusations about the involvement of the prime minister’s family members in public tenders and procedures, mentioning the Porto Romano project as well.
“I am not saying there haven’t been exceptions, but today the use of power for the enrichment of family members has become law. If you take Edi Rama, he has three nominal decisions for Olsi Rama, with which he gives 38,000 square meters of private land to him at Rrapi i Treshit.
His stepdaughter, for whom he once says she is the daughter of the house, and by law she is the daughter of the family, the law on conflict of interest includes children of spouses, it must be known that both may have other children, by law she cannot benefit, her hand is in who knows how many tenders, such as Porto Romano, etc.,” Berisha said.
Berisha also stopped at AKSHI, saying that in reality the “black bailiff” of the agency is Armand Frangu, while Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agasi are members of his criminal group.
“The files in the prosecution and outside it show that the real black bailiff of AKSHI, where at least 600 million euros have been plundered, is Armand Frangu, Edi Rama’s brother-in-law, about whom, in the code of Omerta, in the mafia code, the media remain silent.
There is no question that key members of the criminal group of AKSHI are Ermal Beqiri, Ergys Agasi, and others, but the black hand, the black bailiff is Armand Frangu and his sister-in-law, Linda of Surrel, who has directed every tender,” Berisha added.
